More than six weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Republicans are continuing their campaign to strip away reproductive freedoms across the country.
“Crisis pregnancy centers exist for one purpose: to prevent a person from obtaining a safe, legal abortion,” stated Susanna Birdsong with Planned Parenthood North Carolina.
“What’s going to happen is we’re going to have accidents with these guns,” said UNC-Chapel Hill School of Education professor Dorothy Espelage.
